The camera is located the same room as the server. The stream is generated by a Philips ToUCam Pro 740 connected to a Linux box with
motion (software motion detection).
If the image is all dark (with date/time) it's probably because the lights are out or the lens is covered.
If the image is static you don't have a MJPEG compliant browser. Try the
Java enabled page instead.
